We have offices in Stansstad (Switzerland) - Budapest (Hungary) - Oradea (Romania).
We are looking for an enthusiastic person willing to build a career in Customer Support. Our company is creating custom tailored software for different business needs (web development, mobile applications and financial software solutions) for customers in western and central Europe.
The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player, an efficient self-starter that requires minimal supervision, and should be able to handle ongoing changes.
good English skills, written and spoken
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
excellent organizational skills
financial knowledge is a big plus
travel might be required (in Prague, Warsaw, Berlin, Budapest, Bucharest)
perform data entry
assist Customer Service with answering calls and handling problems
help the Q/A Team with testing the software before big releases
